13 DOKPILS – Belgian craft pilsner with a modern twist

13 DOKPILS is a fresh craft pilsner by Dok Brewing Company, an innovative city brewery located in the trendy Brewery and Brewpub environment of Dock North in Ghent. 

With an alcohol percentage of 4.5% ABV and a 31 IBU-profile offers 13 DOKPILS a modern interpretation of the classic pilsner. This Ghent pilsner is very cold fermented and stored even colder, and matured for at least 10 weeks in tank — contributing to an extra smooth, pure drinking experience. 

The hop profile, built around German Ariana and Slovenian Styrian Dragon and Styrian Golding, gives a refined mix of light floral, grassy and fruity aromas. The taste is refreshing with a delicate bitterness, nicely balanced and ideal for those who enjoy an accessible, tasty pilsner.
